All Kerala Karate Association is formed the with the following objects:
To promote the interest of Karate Do in Kerala and to unify and bring under one banner all karate Schools imparting training in karate Do.

To popularize karate Do and foster its best interest and to maintain overall administrative control and supervision on semi contact system of Karate Do.

In order to invite all karate classes under All Kerala Karate Association.

To elaborate the activities of Karate by including Instructors who received training in karate from Japan or Instructors authorized by them.

To compose and arbitrate difference if any between members.

To co ordinate activity amongst members.

To generally do all such other acts that may be desirable or necessary and expedient to further the interest of the AKKA

To frame rules and bye laws not consistent with the constitution.
